Mr. Metz co-founded Lott3Metz Architecture with Mr. Lott in 2003 which allowed him to apply his passion and energies on urban architecture. His focus has been to apply innovative design thinking to positively shape the future of West Michigan. He has extensive project experience that includes, office, restaurants, health care, municipal, residential and commercial projects. He is an award-winning architect in design, preservation, sustainability, and urban environments who continues to be actively involved in the neighborhood and design communities to create a better living environment. Mr. Metz is also a board member of the Kendall College of Arts and Design Architecture Board of Governors and an East Grand Rapids Planning Commissioner. A native of Grand Rapids, Greg earned his Masters in Architecture from the University of Detroit Mercy.
